The most classic of panettone with Australian raisins and Sicilian candied orange fruit processed exclusively in our laboratory. It is a very rich but extremely digestible panettone thanks to the long leavening and the use of high quality raw materials. It has no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavors, vegetable fats. It is 100% artisan and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion. The classic panettone contains the best flour of the territory, handcrafted butter, skilfully generated mother yeast, fine sugar, candied oranges directly in our laboratory. Nothing more, to enjoy an authentic and delicious flavor. My panettone was born in my artisan production workshop and boast a long leavening and a handcrafted process with manual "pirlatura", in full respect of tradition. The preparation also includes 8 hours of rest upside down. The packaging, with attention to the smallest details, is done manually. The panettone is contained in an elegant recyclable cardboard box and packaged to remain fragrant as if it had just been baked.
