The most artisan classic panettone with Australian raisins and candied Sicilian oranges, made exclusively in our laboratory. It is a very rich yet extremely digestible panettone thanks to its long leavening process and the use of high-quality raw materials. It contains no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavorings, vegetable fats, or colorings. It is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with passion. The classic panettone contains the finest local flour, the finest artisanal butter, expertly created sourdough starter, the finest sugar, and candied oranges directly in our laboratory. Nothing more, to enjoy an authentic and delicious flavor. My panettone is made in my artisanal production laboratory and boasts a long leavening process and artisanal production with manual “pirlatura” (rounding), in full respect of tradition. The preparation also includes an 8-hour rest “upside down”. The packaging, with attention to the smallest details, is done manually. The panettone is packaged in an elegant recyclable cardboard box and wrapped to maintain the crispiness of freshly baked bread.
